Broker Finance Course FI001 30 - Hours

The Idaho Real Estate Commission requires additional education to qualify for Broker or Associate Broker, up from the Salesperson license.  Courses include Broker Management/BCOO, Idaho Law, Valuation (Appraisal), and Finance.  Generally each of
these courses, are 30 classroom hours over four days requiring a qualifying quiz.  The easiest way to begin perusing a Broker's license is to take all four courses as they are offered.  North Idaho Real Estate Academy, in Coeur D Alene, ID offers each of these four courses
twice each year in the Spring and Fall.  Several of these courses have been subsidized by the Commission and are offered at lower tuition rates.  Once completed, course credit (transcripts) are good for three years from the course completion date in Idaho.  These courses may also serve to obtain a Managing Broker's license in other states as well and can be applied to elective continuing education requirements for term renewal purposes for the Salesperson license.  (16 elective CE plus a Commission CORE)

John S. Hollar Jr. is an Idaho and Washington certified instructor for the 30 hour
Finance course using materials and text approved by the Idaho Real Estate Commission's Education Council.   Consider working toward your Broker's license by engaging these educational resources at your nearest convenience.  It is cost effective and will go a long
way in enhancing your real estate career.  You could spend hundreds of hours and  a whole lot of cash qualifying for trade organization designations that few consumers even recognize.  But be sure,  a Broker designation is far more effective than is the title of
sales associate.

              Broker Examination Preparation Class

Here is a class that earns no credit, no elective hours nor qualification for anything.  If you've been out of the real estate academic world for more than a few years you'll need a refresher class covering the principles and definitions (525 of them) needed to be successful in passing both Idaho Broker Exams. The
General and State exams are outlined as to content and number of questions with a rapid fire revue presentation running for two fast passed 3-hour sessions 9:00AM to Noon and 1PM  to 4:00PM.  You'll receive a 22 page factoid review, pre-licensing boiler plate outlines,
practice quizzes and an audio CD filled with MP3's (high speed audio training segments) for loading into your audio player or smart phone.  Don't waste time commuting, exercising or even sleeping when you can  plug into high saturation learning on the go.  The class has been in demand for years and is now offered at NIREA  at the conclusion of each series of Broker courses.   Be sure to log on to NIREA and get on their mailing list for this class and other agent and broker course offerings.
